CS Course or company secretary is a distance learning certificate course that means you can do this course by residing any where in the world, you need not to go college for having this course and you should clear the cs course exam by preparing or taking coaching from reputed institution. Certification is not a graduation like BBA, BBM, B.COM, B.Sc, B.Tech e.t.c. After completiing the graduation you are awarded with graduation certificate. Eligibility criteria for pursuing CS courses

1.Admission in Foundation programme

10+2 pass or equivalent students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts)

There in no minimum pass percentage. Registration can be made while studying in 12th on 6th months provisional basis

2.Registration to executive programme

a.Passed CS Foundation examination or
b.Graduation of any discipline (other than music, fine arts and performing arts); or
c.Passed CMA Foundation; or
d.Foundation qualified students of the institute of chartered accountants of india.

Certification procedure for CS Course

Eligibility candidates need to enroll their name in the official website of ICSI by paying Rs.200 cash.Company secretary course consists of three categories. All the categories will have a exam and this exam will be conducted by ICSI.

Note : The CS Foundation course will be held every year in the month of December and june. Students who are going to have this course must enroll their name before the 9 months of exam. Enrolled candidates must complete the course with in the time period i.e from the period of admission
